At adhis, each piece is curated with intention, quality, and care. To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure fairness to all customers, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for buyer error, including incorrect sizing, color selection, or address entry.
EXCHANGES
While refunds are not provided, we do offer product exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date for customers who are not fully satisfied with their purchase.
To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, and boxes must be included.

The product must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for exchange. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Please contact us within the 14 day window to initiate an exchange. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
DEFECTS AND QUALITY CONCERNS
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment. If you believe you received an item with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted.
If a defect is confirmed, adhis may offer a one‑time replacement of the same item. Replacements are not guaranteed and depend on product availability.
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement or exchange:

SHIPPING LIABILITY
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, adhis is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
adhis does not issue refunds, replacements, or credits for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
